Brandon Pifer is a co-owner of GearClean, Inc., Pifer Realty, LLC and Pifer Management and Construction Services, Inc. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Virginia and a graduate of James Madison University with a degree in business administration. Brandon has over 15 years of experience in real estate investment evaluation, acquisition, management and remodeling on properties from Harrisonburg to Winchester, VA. Brandon is a current member of the City of Winchester Planning Commission and former member of the City of Winchester Board of Zoning Appeals and board member of the Youth Development Center of Winchester/Frederick/Clarke/Warren.
Richie Pifer, Jr. is a co-owner of GearClean, Inc., Pifer Realty, LLC and Pifer Management and Construction Services, Inc.. He is graduate of the University of Mary Washington, in Fredericksburg, VA, with degrees in economics and business administration. He has over 20 years of extensive experience in both construction project management and real estate investment evaluation, acquisition and management. Richie holds Virginia Class A and West Virginia contractor’s licenses. He is a former member of the Rotary Club of Winchester’s Latest, former board member of Preservation of Historic Winchester and Past-President of the Shenandoah Arts Council. Before entering the construction and investment property fields, he worked as a deputy project manager for a multi-hundred million dollar U.S. Army project while at Pricewaterhouse Coopers and IBM Business Consulting Services in Fairfax, VA.
John McGraw is the General Manager of GearClean, Inc. John has over 25 years of experience in various technical management and sales industries including insurance, water, fire and mold restoration. He is a graduate of Virginia Tech with degrees in sociology and business administration.
Jordan Holton is the Business Development Manager for GearClean. Jordan has been in marketing and sales for over 25 years, having spent 13 of those in the moving and storage industry. He is also actively involved in the Top of Virginia Regional Chamber, Top of Virginia Builder’s Association and the Blue Ridge Board of Realtors as an affiliate member.
Tim McDonald is the Production Manager for GearClean, Inc. Tim has been with GearClean since 2015 and has over 30 years in the construction industry. He has progressed through the company starting as laborer then through the field technician positions prior to becoming the Production Manager where he oversees and manages all projects, assessments, scheduling and supervision of the field technicians. Tim holds the following certifications and licenses:
Licensed Asbestos Supervisor in the Commonwealth of Virginia
IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT)
IICRC Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT)
First Aid, CPR and AED Trained
Barbara Ambrose is the lead content, equestrian and fire fighter gear cleaning and repair technician for GearClean, Inc. She is a certified Esporta Operator and holds a IICRC Contents Processing Technician (CPT) certification.
