Our certified water restoration technicians will utilize specialized air movers, commercial dehumidifiers and air filtration devices combined with the science of structural drying to eliminate moisture from building materials and decontaminate the property.


Contents Cleaning

GearClean, Inc. offers restoration cleaning services for household items damaged or contaminated in fires, floods, and sewage overflows. Utilizing the state of the art Esporta Wash System, GearClean can remove soot, odors, stains and bacteria from soft goods like clothing, bedding, towels, etc... This cleaning method uses a unique patented environmentally friendly process removing up to 99.9% of bacteria making it safe for these items to go back into your home or business.


Fire Damage & Restoration

GearClean uses advanced chemistries, including EPA registered green disinfectant and anti-microbial infused coatings for cleaning and deodorizing structure and contents. Dry Ice cleaning is another effective and green method of removing fire char, soot, smoke and odor damage. Traditional cleaning methods like hand scraping are labor intensive and don’t remove odor while other methods like soda blasting create large amounts of secondary waste. Dry ice cleaning can even reach areas between beams and sheeting that traditional methods cannot access ensuring a complete and thorough cleaning.


Document Restoration

GearClean’s technology combines the use of vacuum freeze drying for allowing the recovery and restoration of important documents that have been affected by water. Water remains in the frozen state during sublimation, a process that removes water from the solid state to the gaseous state.


Asbestos Abatement

When it comes to asbestos removal, our technicians and supervisors receive training from independent training centers and are licensed by the State Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation. Our field personnel have successfully completed EPA-accredited training and work is done in compliance with EPA, OSHA and state regulation.s


Duct/HVAC Cleaning

GearClean utilizes high-powered HEPA negative air machines to pull and capture contaminates from the air system. Simultaneously compressed air or a soft brush is applied to each air duct. All components of the air system are cleaned including but not limited to the HVAC unit, supply ducts, return ducts and all vents and registers.


Dry Ice Cleaning

GearClean employs advanced dry ice cleaning technology to remove contaminants such as mold, fire char, soot, smoke, biofilms and residues without adding secondary waste such as water, sand, soda or chemicals.


Mold Remediation

The GearClean trained and certified technicians follow a detailed scope of work to contain, clean and remove mold. We do not utilize any biocide solutions or toxic and hazardous chemicals in the remediation process and instead employ advanced cleaning technologies including dry ice cleaning and mPale anti-microbial products to eliminate harmful mold and mold spores.


Equestrian Gear

Using the patented and innovative Esporta Wash System, GearClean can take your dirty and contaminated horse blankets and gear and clean them to a like new condition with no bacterial contamination and a clean smell. We can also treat the blankets with a water repellent and have a full time highly skilled technician to make any repairs on site.


Firefighting Gear

Representing a major investment for fire departments and fire fighters alike, turnout gear is a critical component of fire fighting and the proper care and maintenance of that gear is imperative for the health and safety of those first responders who put their lives on the line every day to keep to keep us safe. GearClean adheres to NFPA 1851 for the inspection, care and maintenance of protective gear for fire fighters. After a complete and thorough inspection, we utilize our Esporta Wash System with proprietary wash recipes and detergents to perform an advanced cleaning which can be used on on all components of the turnout gear to remove the various contaminants and carcinogens from the gear. GearClean also stocks the various types of material, trim, hardware, velcro, lettering, etc... and can make all repairs as required NFPA 1851 .
